Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the Easter public holidays in Australia, our in-person document pickup services will be temporarily suspended during the following dates:

📅 April 18 (Friday) to April 21 (Monday), 2025
📍 Affected locations: Sydney, Melbourne, and other offline pickup points across Australia
✅ In-person pickup will resume on Tuesday, April 22

💻 Our online translation services will remain fully operational — you can still place orders and receive your translations digitally as usual.

⚠️ Please note that due to some translators being on holiday during this period, there may be a 1–2 business day delay for certain languages. We will do our best to maintain timely delivery and inform you of any expected delays in advance.
