At SUYI Translation, we strive to provide high-quality translation services that meet the needs of our clients. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Quality Issues: If you believe that the quality of the translation does not meet professional standards, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your translated document. We may first offer a free revision to address the issues. If you are still unsatisfied after the revision, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as early as possible. For cancellations made before translation work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund. If the translation work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the completed work.

Delivery Delays: We understand the importance of timely delivery. If there is an unreasonable delay on our part, and the delay impacts your use of the translation, you may request a partial refund.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

Change of Mind: Refunds cannot be issued if you change your mind after the translation has been completed and delivered.

Incorrect Information Provided: If you provided inaccurate information or documents that affected the translation, refunds will not be issued. We can provide a revision at an additional cost if needed.

External Rejection: We cannot offer refunds based on the rejection of our translation by third parties (such as government agencies) if the translation meets the agreed standards and was performed by a NAATI-credentialled translator.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at service@suyitranslation.com.au with the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Any supporting documentation
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Revision Policy
In cases where the translation does not meet your expectations, we first offer a free revision to address any issues. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with our service, and we encourage you to communicate any specific requirements to help us improve your translation.
