We’re actively hiring for the following positions:

📄 Certified Translators

• NAATI, ATIO, STIBC certified

• All language pairs welcome (especially rare and indigenous languages)

• Freelance or part-time positions available

💻 Software Developers

• Vue.js (Frontend)

• Django (Backend)

• Experience in building internal management systems or admin dashboards

📊 Data Scientist

• Experience with NLP, machine learning, and data analytics

• Bonus if you’ve worked with LLMs or customer behavior modeling

• Familiar with Python, SQL, or R

🧑💼 Project Coordinators

• Manage translation timelines, client communication, and QA

• Bilingual preferred

📣 Marketing & Social Media Specialists

• Content creation (Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, etc.)

• SEO, paid ads, branding campaigns

☎️ Customer Support Officers

• Handle client inquiries in English and/or other languages

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

📍 Locations & Flexibility

• Offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Toronto, Vancouver, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, and Suzhou

• Many roles offer remote or hybrid options
